Clavo Privacy Policy
How a comparison card is kept on the phone
Install Clavo from Google Play on Android. Open the package. Place two shopping options side by side on a comparison card. Attach still photos if you wish. Type a short note. Optionally press Microphone to add a spoken reason. That sequence stays on the device you hold. Clavo is not a storefront and not a social feed. Cards are not published to a remote gallery. This privacy policy follows that path and explains how Tianjin Lunxing Trading Co., Ltd. treats personal data that actually reaches the controller, including without limitation mailbox letters and host records created when a hosted legal text is opened.
A typical session ends when you close the package or lock the phone. Nothing in that session is queued for upload. If you later reopen Clavo, the same local cards reappear from device storage. The controller learns nothing about which options you compared unless you choose to describe them in a letter.
Clavo is for persons who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or older; a minor must not use Clavo. The disclosures filed for Clavo on Google Play are meant to align with this notice on what leaves the device, why it is processed, and whether a category is required or optional.
Publisher, Tianjin street, and 2026-09-15
Tianjin Lunxing Trading Co., Ltd. handles personal data that Clavo actually receives. Postal address: No.-1089, No.53 Jinbin Avenue, Hedong District, Tianjin. Write to global@lunxingglobaltrade.com for privacy requests. Effective date: 2026-09-15. This notice covers the Google Play Android package only. It does not describe Apple distribution.
Pinning two options on a comparison card does not create a remote member profile, because the card remains a local file on the phone. An advertising identifier is not read by Clavo, including an AAID.
Questions about this notice, requests to inspect records the controller holds, and complaints about how a letter was handled shall be directed to the mailbox above. Staff use that channel to identify the correspondence, answer within the timelines stated later, and close the file when the matter is finished.
Pressing Camera for a comparison still
Camera opens only after you choose the capture control for a comparison card. The still is written into local storage so you can see both options together. Until that press, Camera stays idle and does not keep capturing after you leave the shutter flow. The capture remains a local file. Revoke Camera in Android Settings; after revoke, new still capture stops while typed notes on the card continue to work. Clavo does not use location. Video capture is outside this package. Granting Camera is optional for the comparison task; a card with text alone continues to function.
Pressing Microphone for a spoken reason
Microphone starts only when you choose to record a spoken reason for preferring one option. The clip is stored with the card on the handset. Access is tap-only and not in the background. Revoke Microphone through Android Settings; after revoke, spoken capture stops while text notes remain available. photos selected through the system photo picker stay on the device as well; that picker path is separate from Camera and does not rely on a live shutter. Spoken reasons are optional; refusing Microphone leaves typed notes and stills intact.
What never leaves the handset
Stills, spoken reasons, typed notes, and temporary screen files stay on the phone until you remove Clavo or wipe its storage, so the company never receives them.
The company can receive a letter you send to global@lunxingglobaltrade.com, and the technical note of a request for a hosted legal page. Clavo builds no other outbound channel.
Purpose of the limited processing that does occur: mailbox content is used to answer your request or complaint; host records are used only to deliver the legal text you asked to read.
Legal bases under the GDPR
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, this chapter states the lawful grounds Tianjin Lunxing Trading Co., Ltd. relies on for the few records it holds.
Performance of a contract covers answering a privacy request that asks how Clavo processes personal data you chose to send by mail. Legitimate interests cover handling that mail and resolving a complaint about the notice in the same operational step. Legal obligation covers retaining correspondence where a statute requires a record to be kept. Consent, where relied upon, may be withdrawn by emailing global@lunxingglobaltrade.com.
You may lodge a complaint about how personal data was handled. A supervisory authority may receive that complaint under the GDPR. Personal information is not sent abroad for comparison features; the only cross-border technical contact is the request that opens a hosted legal page, as described in the next chapter. Cards, stills, and spoken reasons stay under your control on the handset and are not transferred by Clavo to servers outside the country of install.
Data Protection Officer contact without a named officer
Clavo has no separately named Data Protection Officer. Privacy mail goes to global@lunxingglobaltrade.com.
The host for a legal page
When you open this privacy policy from Clavo, a hosting provider returns the page over HTTPS. HTTPS server logs are written during that delivery. The terms of use are returned through the same host when that link is selected. The children's notice is returned through the same host when that link is selected. Those logs let the host serve the selected file. The host does not receive comparison cards, stills, or spoken reasons.
If you never open a hosted legal text, that host contact does not occur. Opening a link is a deliberate step. The purpose of the disclosure to the host is limited to serving the chosen legal document and operating the secure connection that carries it.
How long mail and logs last
Retention follows the kind of record, including without limitation the schedule below.
- Comparison cards, stills, spoken reasons, notes, and local caches: remain on the handset until uninstall or storage clear; the controller holds no copy.
- Mailbox letters to global@lunxingglobaltrade.com: they stay while the enquiry is open, staff try to reply within 15 business days, and the letters are cleared afterward unless the law keeps the file.
- Those logs on the host: the host keeps them on its own timetable and then drops them.
Deletion for local files is performed by clearing Clavo storage or removing the package. For anything the controller actually received, write to global@lunxingglobaltrade.com and describe the record. Clavo has no hosted membership, so there is nothing of that kind to close.
Brief technical measures protect mailbox mail: access is limited to staff who need it, and transit to the mailbox uses encrypted channels where the mail system provides them. Organisational handling includes logging who answered a privacy letter and closing access when the matter ends. Absolute security is not promised. Write to the same mailbox and request a review of that file if you think a letter was handled wrongly.
Rights to inspect, correct, erase, and export
Mail global@lunxingglobaltrade.com if you want to use the rights in this chapter. We respond within fifteen business days where practicable. Verification may be requested before a change is made. State which right you assert and attach enough detail for staff to locate the relevant letter or host-related enquiry.
Inspect: ask whether the controller holds personal data about you that arrived by mail or through host records, and request a description of what is held.
Correct: if a letter is wrong or missing a fact, request rectification. The record is personal information. Say which part is inaccurate or incomplete. Write global@lunxingglobaltrade.com and point to the earlier letter if you can.
Erase: ask us to delete personal data we still hold from your correspondence, subject to legal retention limits.
Export: ask for an electronic extract of mail you sent, where that extract can be made.
Where consent was the legal basis, withdraw it by the same mailbox. Rights under California and Virginia law are summarised in the next chapter; European readers may also use the complaint route stated under the GDPR chapter. Local comparison cards that never left the handset are controlled by you through Android storage tools rather than through a remote export of those files.
Clavo does not sell personal data. A reader who wishes to opt out of selling may email global@lunxingglobaltrade.com with a do-not-sell request even though sale is not practised.
California with Virginia, adults, children, and later text
California residents may email global@lunxingglobaltrade.com to confirm whether Clavo collects or shares personal information about them. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, “share” for advertising contexts does not arise here because Clavo runs no ads and does not disclose personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising. Sale of personal information does not occur; use the same mailbox for a do-not-sell request. A California resident may also ask for categories of personal information the controller actually received by mail, if any.
Readers in Virginia fall under the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act. Clavo does not run ads, and targeted advertising is outside a comparison card. A card does not decide legal rights, so that kind of profiling is not part of Clavo. Someone in Virginia can use global@lunxingglobaltrade.com should they wish to refuse a sale.
Clavo is not designed for minors. The Play listing is not marketed to children. Comparison screens are not directed at children. Two-option cards are an adult shopping note. Clavo has no child-focused features. Comparison cards speak to a grown holder. Clavo knowingly takes no personal information from a minor. Sensitive identifiers of children are not gathered. A child's biometric data is not gathered. A parent or guardian may email global@lunxingglobaltrade.com about children's information that arrived, to inspect it, to delete it, and to stop processing of it.
A subscription is not part of a comparison card. When this privacy policy is replaced, a newer date is printed on the replacement. Later use follows that replacement. Earlier editions stop governing once the newer text is published. For questions about this edition, write to global@lunxingglobaltrade.com.
